356cuci Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Throughout this Terms & Conditions document, certain terms are used consistently and carry specific meanings. "Platform" or "356cuci" refers to the website https://356cuci.click including all sub-domains, mobile applications, and services operated under that brand. "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account with 356cuci.

"Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited by a Member via approved payment methods. "Bonus Credits" refers to value credited to a Member's account as part of a promotion or offer designated by 356cuci. "Wagering" refers to any act of placing a bet using Real Money or Bonus Credits on any game or sport available on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities conducted on the 356cuci including but not limited to Sports Betting (football, badminton, cricket, tennis), Live Casino, slots, e-sports, and all related financial activities.

To register and use the platform 356cuci, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 356cuci does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use its services in any capacity.
• Be located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your location.
• Capable of entering into legally binding agreements and not subject to any legal restrictions in making independent financial decisions.
• Not appear on any exclusion or restriction list maintained by any relevant regulatory body.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the platform 356cuci. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or financial details — is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name as per your identification document, an active phone number, a valid email address, and any other details required by the platform. Any false or inaccurate information provided during registration may result in account termination.

356cuci reserves the right to conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time, particularly when a Member submits their first withdrawal request or when suspicious activity is detected on the account. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card (MyKad), bank statement, or recent proof of address.

Platform 356cuci accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are official Malaysian payment channels:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Malaysia's most popular e-wallet
• DuitNow — an instant interbank fund transfer system in Malaysia
• GrabPay — an e-wallet popular among Malaysian users
• Boost — Malaysia's local e-wallets
• ShopeePay — e-wallet integrated with the Shopee platform
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — online banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks

The minimum accepted deposit is RM20 per transaction. No general maximum deposit limit applies; however, daily limits may vary depending on your account's VIP tier. All deposits are processed instantly, and funds will be credited to your account within one (1) minute of successful payment confirmation.

All funds deposited into the 356cuci platform must originate from an account or payment instrument registered in your own name. 356cuci does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a suspicious source or to be connected with illegal activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal of funds from an account 356cuci may be made by Members who have successfully completed the KYC process. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the same Member's name.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM (MYT) will generally be processed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted after this time may take until the following day. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and 356cuci does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals.

To protect the integrity of the platform and the security of all Members, 356cuci reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal in the following situations:

• First withdrawal by a new Member
• Withdrawals exceeding MYR 5,000 in a single day
• When a sudden change in a Member's playing pattern is detected
• When there are indications of suspicious activity

All promotions, bonuses, and offers provided by 356cuci subject to the specific terms stated alongside the offer on the Promotions. The following General Terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotion type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for wagering until the rollover requirements are met.
• Standard rollover requirement 356cuci ranges from 6x to 10x depending on the promotion type.
• Winnings from Bonus Credits that exceed the maximum cap (typically 5x the bonus amount) are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 356cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, low-risk strategic wagering solely to fulfil rollover requirements, or collusion between players — will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and may lead to account termination.

The 356cuci VIP Programme consists of five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP status is calculated based on cumulative deposits within the current calendar month and is reviewed on the 1st of each month. 356cuci reserves the right to modify the VIP Programme structure and benefits at any time.

All bets placed on the platform 356cuci is final once confirmed by the system. No bet will be voided on the grounds of a change of mind or an error made by the Member after confirmation, except in circumstances specifically outlined in the relevant game rules.

For Sports Betting — including EPL football, Malaysia Super League, badminton, cricket, tennis, and other available sports — the following rules apply:

• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 12 hours of its originally scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For matches played at a venue different from the one originally scheduled, betting outcomes remain valid unless the platform issues a specific notice to the contrary.
• Official rulings by the relevant sporting bodies (FIFA, BWF, ICC, etc.) apply for the purpose of bet settlement.
• In the event of a dispute regarding betting outcomes, the records and systems of 356cuci is final.

For Live Casino, slots, and e-sports betting, the specific game rules set by the respective game providers apply in addition to these General Terms.

• Loss Limit — set a daily or weekly loss limit that cannot be exceeded
• Temporary Account Suspension — suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — suspend your account permanently or for an extended period

To ensure a fair and safe environment for all Members, 356cuci expressly establishes that the following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

• Money Laundering — using the platform as a channel for money laundering or other illicit financial activities
• Identity Fraud — registering using another person's information or documents
• Multiple Accounts — holding more than one active account under any circumstances
• Use of Automated Software — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or exploit the system
• Promotion Abuse — placing bets specifically designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk ("bonus hunting")
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks — any attempt to disrupt, hack, or attack 356cuci's systems and infrastructure
• Collusion — colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes

356cuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or requests from relevant authorities.

In cases of suspension or termination not involving a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 356cuci will refund the remaining Real Money balance in the Member's account (excluding Bonus Credits) upon completion of the review process. The refund is typically processed within seven (7) business days.

Members also have the right to voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support 356cuci. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, and any Real Money balance will be returned via the designated payment method.

356cuci is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, data loss, or unsatisfactory betting outcomes.

This platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or delays. In the event of a technical disruption affecting ongoing bets, 356cuci will assess each situation fairly and take appropriate action, which may include bet cancellation and refund of funds.

356cuci's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total Real Money balance held in that Member's account at the time the claim is made.

356cuci reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be announced via in-platform notifications and/or by email to registered Members at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate changes.

Continued use of the platform 356cuci after any amendments to the Terms & Conditions take effect will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendments, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 10.
